Read 2 Thessalonians 3:1-2

When you are asked to ray for someone how do you respond to the
request? Do you make a mental note? Do you pray right then and there?
Are you sometimes embarrassed to learn that someone’s prayers were
answered…but you totally forgot to pray?
Here in the third chapter of 2 Thessalonians the Apostle Paul asks for
prayer. After he prays for them at the end of chapter 2, Paul wants
them to know that they too have a responsibility to pray for him as
well. The reciprocal responsibility of prayer. No matter who you are
in the Body of Christ you have the responsibility to pray for others,
specifically, meaningfully and repeatedly.
