“Blind Or Shortsighted?”
2 Peter 1:9
There is a need to be careful not only as to whether we listen to Scripture, there is also the necessity to pay attention to how we integrate Scripture into our experiences. It is not enough to know what the Bible says, we have to concern ourselves with obeying what we know to be true. All who profess to be Christians are not necessarily all who possess the new life in Christ. It is those who “hear My words and act on them…” who have eternal life.
